As a result of the deficiencies that Crystal saw in many organizations’ HR policies/strategies, Crystal chose to start her own company.
Crystal realized that she had something different to offer that could make a measurable and positive difference with those organizations. Crystal is a Solution-focused team player providing consultative support to executive level leaders. Crystal is a fluid learner with dynamic exposure in diverse industries including aerospace, brokerage, courier, energy, entertainment, finance, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and technology.
